Area’s of Specialty

  • Self - Esteem

Even the most accomplished women can struggle with self-doubt. You may appear confident to others, but inside, you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, minimizing your accomplishments, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough.”

Our work together can help you quiet that inner critic and build a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself. You’ll learn to recognize your inherent worth — not just based on what you do, but on who you are.

  • Imposter Syndrome

You’ve earned your place — the role, the recognition, the respect. But no matter how much you achieve, there’s still that nagging voice whispering, “You’re not really good enough.” Imposter syndrome can make even your greatest accomplishments feel like a fluke, leaving you anxious, overworked, and constantly bracing for the moment you’ll be “found out.”

In therapy, we’ll uncover where these beliefs come from, how they’ve shaped your inner narrative, and — most importantly — how to let them go.

  • Anxiety

You’re constantly thinking five steps ahead, anticipating everything that could go wrong. From the outside, you seem composed — but inside, you’re exhausted from the overthinking, the tension, and the inability to just be. Anxiety can show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or a relentless pressure to keep it all together — and it can be hard to know how to turn it off.

In our work together, we’ll get to the root of your anxiety — not just manage the symptoms, but understand what’s fueling them.

  • Body Image

Struggling with body image isn’t just about appearance — it’s about the beliefs, experiences, and societal messages that have shaped how you see and value yourself. For many women, body image concerns can quietly undermine confidence, fuel perfectionism, and create a disconnect from one’s own body and well-being.

Whether you’ve experienced body dissatisfaction, disordered eating patterns, or internalized pressure to look a certain way, our work together will support both emotional healing and greater self-acceptance.

  • Shame

Shame often operates in silence — a deep, internalized belief that you’re not good enough, not worthy, or somehow flawed. It can be rooted in early experiences, reinforced by perfectionism, and triggered by moments of vulnerability or perceived failure. Shame often hides beneath the surface of success, driving overperformance while eroding self-worth.

Using insight-oriented work and evidence-based approaches like self-compassion practices and parts work, we’ll help you shift from self-criticism to self-understanding — and ultimately, to self-acceptance.

  • Adolescence

Adolescence is a time of rapid growth, identity exploration, and emotional ups and downs. It can also be a time of anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling misunderstood. Whether your teen is navigating social pressures, academic stress, low self-esteem, or big life transitions, therapy offers a supportive space to process, reflect, and build resilience.

Using a developmentally attuned and relationship-focused approach, I help adolescents feel heard, respected, and empowered — while also supporting parents in understanding their teen’s inner world.

  • Depression

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and hard to explain — even to those closest to you. It might show up as persistent sadness, irritability, low energy, or a sense of disconnection from the things and people you once cared about. For high-achieving individuals, it can also be hidden behind a high-functioning exterior, making it even harder to seek help.

In therapy, we create a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. A space where you can speak freely, be fully seen, and begin the process of healing without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll work to understand the unique factors contributing to your depression — from life stressors and relationship dynamics to deeper patterns and self-beliefs.

  • Relationships

Whether you're feeling disconnected from a partner, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling to balance your own needs within a relationship, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Relationship issues can bring up old wounds, trigger self-doubt, and leave you feeling alone — even when you're not.

In therapy, we’ll explore how you relate to others and to yourself. Together, we’ll identify patterns, improve communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections — whether you're in a relationship, healing from one, or seeking clarity about what you truly want.

  • Childhood Trauma

The effects of childhood trauma often run deeper than we realize. Whether it came from emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, abuse, or simply growing up in an environment where your needs weren’t met, those early experiences can leave lasting imprints. You may notice them today in your relationships, your self-worth, your ability to trust, or the way you respond to stress and vulnerability.

Even if you’ve learned to push through, minimize what happened, or “keep it together,” part of you may still carry the pain, confusion, or shame of the past.

Together, we’ll work to understand how childhood trauma has shaped your patterns and beliefs, and begin to rewrite the story you’ve been carrying.
